LiNK's Acceptance into Refugee Council USA (RCUSA)

LiNK is proud to announce its acceptance as a member of Refugee Council USA (RCUSA).  This is a significant step forward in raising the profile of the issue and consequently better-equipping organizations in protecting and resettling North Korean refugees in the US and worldwide.

RCUSA is a coalition of U.S. non-governmental organizations focused on refugee protection.  RCUSA provides focused advocacy on issues affecting the rights of refugees, asylum seekers, displaced persons, victims of trafficking, and victims of torture in the United States and across the world.  Particular areas of concern are adherence to international standards of refugee rights, the promotion of the right to asylum, political and financial support for UNHCR, and the promotion of durable solutions, including resettlement to the United States.

RCUSA is a member-driven coalition.  Its funding comes solely from member dues.
