The Office Administrator Intern will work closely with the HR/ Recruitment Manager in fulfilling the role of office management. Responsibilities will include coordinating employee activities, managing LiNK volunteers and ensuring that all day-to-day administrative functions are being carried out. This individual will also be responsible for managing product inventory for the online LiNK store, as well as oversee shipping and fulfillment of our products. This internship is great for anyone interested in non-profit management. This individual should have a flexible personality, as duties will change depending on the needs of the office. Management, leadership and organizational skills are a must. Equipment: Must be able to operate computer and other office machines such as fax, copier, telephones, etc. This position is being offered as a full-time or part-time internship starting on January 9th and ending in May (these dates are subject to change). However, we are looking to extend this position into the spring, so if you are interested in a longer term internship, please let us know on your application.
