Job Title: Finance Manager
Department: Internal Operations
Location: LiNK HQ in Torrance, CA

Description:
  • Track and record all credit card and banking transactions. Includes entering, coding and analyzing in Quickbooks.
  • Track and record payroll transactions.
  • Monthly, quarterly and yearly reconcile bank accounts.
  • Prepare and manage budgets (quarterly and annually).
  • Prepare month end, quarter end and year end financial statements, including charts and graphs for presentations and annual reporting.
  • Track monthly donors, allocating and analysing each donation.
  • Track sales and donations for tour routes; includes managing team spreadsheets, allocating revenues, tracking and allocating expenses, reconciling accounts and reporting final numbers.
  • Analyze tour numbers for reporting, future productivity, and future budgeting.
  • Prepare and file 990 tax form (including required schedules).
  • Prepare tax receipts.
Requirements:
Bachelorʼs degree in accounting, business or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Experience in nonprofit accounting: familiarity with nonprofit financial guidance and federal government grant requirements.

Detail-oriented professional with ability to handle complex reporting while meeting firm deadlines, sometimes with short turnaround times.

Financial analysis experience.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

Excellent computer skills including database management, QuickBooks, and Excel.

Superior quantitative skills.

The ability to work effectively with others.
